This Privacy Policy explains how Heaven Eco Hub ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Luna CEO website, web app and mobile apps (together, the "Service").
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address and authentication credentials, processed via Google Firebase Authentication.
- Content you create. Posts, media, campaigns and settings you create in the Service are stored so the Service can function.
- Usage data. We collect basic technical data (device type, app version, approximate region, feature usage) to operate and improve the Service.
- Connected accounts. If you connect third-party platforms (for example social networks or email), we store the credentials or tokens you provide solely to perform the actions you request.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
- To personalise AI-generated output to your brand settings.
- To communicate service updates, security notices and support responses.
- To protect against fraud, abuse and security incidents.
We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and cookies
Public pages of this website display advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
Where required by law, we ask for your consent before serving personalised ads.
AI processing
When you use AI features, the prompts and content you submit are processed by AI providers (either the platform's providers or an API key you supply). We only send what is necessary to fulfil your request, and your API keys are stored encrypted and used solely for your account.
YouTube
The Service uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to a YouTube channel you own, when you ask it to. By using these features you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's own handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- What we access. When you connect YouTube we request only two permissions: the ability to upload a video to your channel, and read-only access to your channel's identity. We do not request access to your viewers, your analytics, your comments or any other person's data.
- What we store. The authorisation tokens Google issues, and your channel's id and title. The channel id is stored so that we can confirm, immediately before every upload, that the video is going to the channel you approved and not to another channel on your Google account.
- What we do with it. We upload the videos you or your schedule ask us to upload, and we set their thumbnails. Nothing is uploaded to a channel you have not explicitly confirmed in the app. We do not read, collect, store or analyse YouTube data about anybody other than the connected channel itself.
- How to revoke it. You can disconnect YouTube inside the Service at any time, which deletes the stored tokens. You can also revoke our access directly from Google at the Google security settings page. Revoking access stops all further uploads immediately.
- Deletion. Stored YouTube tokens and channel identifiers are deleted when you disconnect the channel or delete your account. A video already published to your channel belongs to your channel, and is removed by you in YouTube Studio.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting adam@heavenecohub.com; we will action verified requests within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Security
Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to production data is restricted and audited.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the Service.
